  • Boulder Field Trail is one of the longer, more difficult hikes that travels various terrain and elevations. Various wildlife can often be seen, such as deer and owls.
  • While the Nature Trail is one of the easier trails at Hickory Run, you can grab a brochure and learn more about many of the trees and plants that border the trail.

  • Lehigh Gorge State Park is a large park surrounding the Lehigh River. The Park itself is home to miles of accessible hiking trails. Many sights include wildlife, waterfalls, and the remains of the Upper Section of the Lehigh Canal.

  • Group Trail ride: Our Group Trail Ride is approximately a 45 to 50 minute beginner paced trail ride through the scenic grounds of Mountain Laurel Resort, including their Nature Trail. This trail ride is the perfect start for anyone’s horseback riding experience.
  • Private Trail Ride: Our 1 Hour long Private Trail Ride is perfect for guests wanting a quieter, more personal, or romantic ride. It is perfectly suited for celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other special events.
  • Pony Ride: Our Pony Rides are done on one of our reliable full size trail horses, however the horse is handled around by one of our staff members. Pony Rides are available for children who are not old enough for the trails.
